A flat 29€. Not 25%.
We charge for the work, not for what you are owed. The work is the same for a flight to Palma and one to New York.

What the 29€ includes

Four verifications with sources: delay, weather, airport punctuality and aircraft rotation.
Letter to the airline
In Spanish or English, with your details, your account and the legal basis. You send it from your email.
Deadlines and reminders
Your case with the airline, AESA and compliance deadlines. We email you before each one.
AESA filing
Form and guide for the AESA complaint, and enforcement instructions if the airline does not comply.
What you get
A dossier the airline cannot ignore
Every fact carries its source and the time it was retrieved. It is what a lawyer would prepare, without the lawyer.

What is included
Evidence dossier in PDF with four verifications and their sources. Claim letter to the airline, in Spanish or English, with your details and your account. Your case with the airline, AESA and compliance deadlines, with email reminders. Statement and guide for the AESA complaint. Enforcement instructions if the airline ignores the decision.
What is not included
Legal representation. We are not lawyers and we do not act on your behalf: you file the claim. We take no commission either: the money goes from the airline to your account.
Guarantee
If the delay we verified in the free check turns out to be wrong, we refund the 29€. If the airline does not pay, we do not refund: you paid for the preparation, not the outcome, which is why it costs 29€ and not 25%.
Frequently asked questions
Why not charge only if I win?
Because "only if you win" means 25% plus VAT of your compensation, and on a long flight with a family that is hundreds of euros. We prefer a price you can compare with what you are owed.
What if we are several passengers?
The price is per booking. All passengers on the same booking go in the same claim.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You receive an invoice by email.
