How it works
Four steps, and at every one the claim is yours: you sign it, you send it, you get paid. We provide the data, the documents and the reminders.
1. Check for free
Type the flight number and date. We look up the flight records, compute the distance and tell you whether you qualify and for how much. No sign-up, no card.
If you don't qualify, we say so and explain what you can still claim, such as meal expenses.
2. Pay 29€ and get your dossier
One payment per booking, all passengers included. Within two minutes you have the evidence dossier (verified delay, weather, airport punctuality and aircraft rotation), the claim letter with your details and your case with every deadline.
3. Send the letter to the airline
From your own email or the airline's official form, which we point you to. Mark the date in your case: the airline has one month to reply and we count the days for you.
If they offer vouchers or less money, we explain why not to accept and what to reply.
4. If they don't pay, AESA
On day 30 your complaint to AESA, the Spanish regulator, is ready with your dossier and the airline's reply. You file it yourself online: it is free, AESA decides within 90 days and its decision binds the airline. If they still don't pay within a month, we give you the instructions to enforce it in court.
Frequently asked questions
Which flights qualify?
Flights departing an EU airport on any airline, or arriving in the EU on a European airline, that land 3 hours or more late or are cancelled with less than 14 days' notice. The amount depends on distance: 250€ up to 1,500 km, 400€ up to 3,500 km or within the EU, 600€ otherwise.
What if the airline blames the weather or air traffic control?
The airline must prove extraordinary circumstances and that it did everything reasonable. Our dossier records the weather observations, the punctuality of the other departures and the aircraft's late inbound flight. Technical faults and knock-on delays are not extraordinary.
How long does it take?
The airline has one month. If it goes to AESA, up to 90 more days. One to four months in most cases.
Do I need a lawyer?
No. In Spain AESA's decision has been binding on the airline since June 2023. With a well-prepared claim you do it yourself.
How long do I have to claim?
Five years from the flight. To go to AESA you have one year from the claim to the airline.
What if the data is wrong?
If the delay we verified turns out to be wrong, we refund the 29€.
