Subject: Claim for lost checked baggage · PIR no. ______ · Flight ______ of ______

Dear Sir or Madam: On ______ I travelled on flight ______ from ______ to ______ under booking reference ______. Failing a satisfactory reply, I will refer the matter to the consumer arbitration board or to the courts (article 35 of the Convention, two years from arrival).
